The Mind is neither Animal, vegetable, mineral, or Corporeal, but it is spiritual; you cannot eject the Mind; it is contrary to Law & Justice; it remains free, and should the Body be subpoena’d, the Dispositions certainly could not: nay, let the Body be served with a Habeas Corpus, the Mind would be roaming in Doctors Commons, or Westminster Hall, where it would certainly meet
